BULLY FREE HIGH SCHOOL LESSON PLANS (12 lessons)--for High School Teachers

This comprehensive book contains twelve (12) sequential lessons that address every aspect of bullying and the critical elements needed to create peaceful classrooms where all students have a sense of belonging and acceptance.  Emphasis is also placed on the Golden Rule - treat others the way you want to be treated.   Each lesson plan includes behaviorally stated outcomes, a list of skills developed, the class structure used (whole class work, partner work, independent work), the lesson's length, the materials used, recommended teacher preparation, a variety of interactive learning activities, journaling assignments, student extension activities (for enrichment), and optional activities to enhance and reinforce concepts learned.  Also included are rubrics for assessing each student's class participation, as well as for assessing assignments and journal writing.  Transparency masters and handouts are included with each lesson.
