This is a detailed guide for teams or committees seeking to develop a system-wide or school-wide Bully Free™ Program. The guide contains a detailed description of the tasks required for completing seventeen steps. Embedded in the narrative are examples of mission statements, mottos, letters, policies, rules, response plans, supervision strategies, student involvement strategies, parent involvement strategies, and community involvement strategies and other valuable examples. A “Task Checklist” is provided for each step.

Accompanying the book is a Bully Free Program implementation CD which includes files containing examples of important documents to be developed.  Each team or committee member should be given a copy of this book.
